For the US, all cat house orders are shipped directly from our warehouse in the US!
For the EU, we ship from our warehouse in Germany!
For the UK, we ship from our warehouse in Birmingham!
How Long Will It Take For My Order To Arrive?
How Do I Check The Status Of My Order?
Upon order completion, you will receive an email confirming your order. You will also receive a shipment confirmation and tracking number via email once your package has been prepared for shipment.
